Hello I'm new to this forum. The reason I joined this forum is I own a 2001 Explorer Sport Trac, I bought it new in November 2000 when the Sport Trac was first introduced well 10 years later and 160 thousand miles I still own my truck and still in good condition. I've taken realy good care of my truck and now have to change out the water pump and decided to take on the project on my own. I'm managed to remove the radiator, easy task, and how run into dif###lty trying to remove the Fan clutch, 1 I dont have a fan clutch wrench but do have a some vice grips big enough to use but no luck. I'm doing some internet search to see what I could find on the subject and found this forum and decided to join. Anyhow I will keep at it until I figure it ou. I may have to break down and by the specialized tools for the job. Cheers to all you ford Lovers. I'm a big ford fan owned fords all my life. I also own a 2005 Mustang Convertable.
