Just a brief post to introduce myself. I've had a 2000 North Face spec UK 4.0SOHC for about a year, and despite a few small problems, have loved every minute.
I have read many of the posts which have been invaluable in keeping my running costs down as I try to do all my own servicing - partly through enjoyment and partly to offset the cost of fuel, which is consumes with vigour. Like the old joke, the motor will past just about anythinh except a petrol station !! Average of 17 mpg (uk gallons)
Hope to post regularly as I continue to own the car which has done 54,000 miles.
