New noise from windshield (A-Pillar ?)

Just had my A-pillars fixed, but the sound is still there. But, I think it sounds different now... Almost like it is coming from the bottom of the windshield on the passenger side now. And ideas? I've attached a video with audio of the noise.

There have been a few instances lately where the noise that was thought to come from the 'A' pillars actually was coming from the cowl along the bottom of the windshield. When it was replaced, the noise was gone.
You can try taping the cowl down and see if that makes a difference.

Replace the cowl. It fixed my continued buzzing after the A pillar fix failed. Sounds are almost identical.
