new or rebuild tranny on 91 sprt 4x4

My tranny just went out and i still unfortunately still owe 4 grand on it. I have put a lot of money into it and basically i cant just scrap it. If anyone has suggestions on where I can get a new or rebuilt tranny, or someone who can do the work at a conciderable dicout would be great. thanks.

I just put a rebuilt 5 speed manual in my 1991 sport. I found it for $875 on an internet junkyard search which you can find on just about any search engine.
