new sub/amp...need advice

hey there...i'm gonna get a 12" sub and of course an amp b/c i want some bass in the splorer...i'm not lookin for it to hit hard or anything, just lookin for some extra bass. i would get a thunderform or a q-logic box but they're just too expensive.
i was talkin to my friend and here's what we came up with:
a 12" infinity perfect (75W-350W RMS, 1,400W peak) that comes with a hatchbox and an mtx road thunder rt2400 amp 100 x 2 bridged...what do you guys think? is that a good style box to get? thanks for the help

btw, i have a pioneer deh-1000 and 4 6x8 pioneer 3-ways (the white ones)...

Yeah , depending on the quality of sound you want though. If you want better sound quality , I'd recommend addind a second amp for the mids/hi's . Doesn't have to be much 50x2 or 25x4 would be plenty , anything is better than deck power. I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch 100z2 runnin' both 6.5" Polk seperates and factory rear. And a RF Punch 55.2 runnin' a JL 10" ported box , it sounds great ... Good luck......
