2000 Sport 2wd. Pulls to the left while driving (not braking). I've jacked the truck up and done the wiggle and spin test on both tires and everything seems nice and tight and the bearings are good. I'm new to these trucks so I'm wondering where to start looking. Or should i just get and alignment first?
It doesn't shake or shimmy at highway speeds and the steering is nice and tight.

Easy test for a bad tire:

Jack up the front end again and swap sides on both front tires.

Test Drive it, If the truck still pulls left it should be an alignment problem, if the "Pull" changes direction and goes right it is going to be a bad tire.

Just make sure the road you test drive on is smooth and flat with no ruts. Small stuff like that will skew your test results.

Probably just needs an alignment, but do pull the tires and look for suspension damage since you'd want to fix that first IF there is any, then get an alignment.

Keep in mind that while a bad tire could cause that, needing an alignment can cause a bad tire so it can be a chicken vs egg situation, which came first. You could rotate the tires to see if the problem follows the tire position. You'll probably want to rotate them anyway since the front is bound to have started wearing unevenly, unless it happened very recently.

Did you do the lever test for the ball joints?

You need to test the ball joints with the control arms at normal ride height, not just wheels off the ground with the arms at full droop.
