my name is Chad and I am new to this site but i am not new to the performance scene as I manage a performace Ford website/club in atlanta called www.xfoa.net.
Receintly I purchased a '03 Explorer 4.6 xlt to replace my now dead Toyota Camery. I picked it up from a small lot near my house that had just taken it in. It has leather and power everything other then bieng AWL or 4x4 it is just what we need with 2 teens in the house and momma going back to school.
Now momma is very conservitave and would not like to see the Exp get all muscled up. However me being the power junkie that I am started looking online for sites that could help me get this thing the way I want it.I have noticed a few things wrong with my new toy and need to get some quality advice on how to fix it. Such as: the front upper ball joints need replacing, it needs a CIA, and I want to find a better set rims and tires maybe some 18" from a '05 Exp (I don't want to get aftermarket rims)
My buddy Brad has a 5.0 XLT and I just want to be able to beat him at the Friday night drags.
