I have a 2001 Explorer Limited 5.0.

And am highly interested in the mustang(and other) swaps to increase hp and leverage the potential in the last of the 302's ;-), if you all can point me to threads exploring the same, it would be much appreciated.

Agreed- and you're not really looking for a "Mustang swap" per se, as the heads on your Ex (GT40P) and intake are already one of the best Ford ever used on a 302.

Yes of course, but is it possible to swap certain ECU's or is that a crazy idea. Mustang version gets another 100 or so hp right?
