New to this forum

Well..... I just wantyed to say hi real quick like and say that I am a new hie and prpud of it... Well ok I am not proud of it, but you have to start somewhere. Anyway ummm I am fairly new at 4x4'ing and just looking to make some new friends and hanging out with people have a hell of a lot more experince than me going out to so mountain and me trying to learn on my own. Then ruining my Explorer (That would suck) Anyway just thought I say hi and I live in Southern California in the city of Yucaipa and just wondering if any of you guys and galks are from or around my area ! You guys have a great day !

Welcome to the site.
Well I know basicly where you are at and your not that far from Truckhaven, only acouple of hours at the most. There are quite a few people from South Cal that go there. If you look at the Trail Runs and Land Issues Forum, I'm sure you can find someone to go wheeln' with.

Thanks Ray for the information.... I'll to go to those forums as well to get some better information. Hey I got another questions for you. I want to find out what would be the cost to put in a new engine in my explorer. The engine in it now... Is fine but has a lot of milage so I am thinking about putting a new motor in (Same type of motor) Any suggestions ? Also I had bought my explorer used so on my 93 explorer there is a pieace missing on the rear windshield sprayer that's sits on top of the roof. Does anyone know where I might be able to find that small piece ? Thanks everyone for making me feel welcomed ! I do appreciate it !

You didn't say how many miles you have on your truck, but there are many on this site with over 150000 miles on their truck and they are still going strong. Your engine is not the weak link on your truck. As for the pieace missing on the rear windshield sprayer that's sits on top of the roof. There are a few people on the For Sale forum that are parting out their Explorers. You might want to check out that forum and search for these people.
