We have a 92 Ford Explorer XL.
Standard.
Last June, the transmission went out. We replaced it...$2000 bucks!
Lately, we have had problems getting it into first and second gear. You push the clutch down all the way, but the gear shift just won't click into gear.
A new clutch was put in with the rebuilt transmission.
I hope to GOD it isn't the transmission. There will be some screaming at the people who put it in. That just isn't right.
Anyway, does anyone have any ideas of what it could be?
