I am new to the Explorer forum but not new to Fords. I have a '91 F150, a '98 Expedition an '01 Explorer (the wife's) and just yesterday got an '07 Explorer to replace my '05 Focus that got totaled when I hit a deer.
I have a few questions - On the Focus forum there was a sticky for electrical tricks and tips such as making your remote open all the doors at once with a single push of open.... Anything here like that?
I was also dissapointed in the 12 volt outlets (cigarette lighter) - only 2 in the truck - anyone added extra outlets like a triple or quad strip? If so where did you mount it and what did you use for a power tap and ground? Pics would be great.
Where is the best spot to add a power tap off the fuse block and what to use. I have a few accessories to hard wire and only want to do it once....
