Newb w/a couple questions

Explorer newb here....just picked up a ming 02 XLT Sport trim Explorer - 1 owner, all records and is a really nice truck. I need to replace the rear A/C actuator switch and, if possible, find a good fix for the faded grey interior door panels for the front doors. Just the tops are faded from the grey to pseudo white. Is there a dye made, or a process to bring the grey back to life?

i'd suggest a JY, they do sell door panels hopefully not as worn, not really expensive either like $20 or so. Don't know of anyway to restore, other than paint. You might want to research the interior section, it doesn't really matter what year they are talking about principle is the same.
