new to the forum and new to SUV world

I have been driving 2 drs till now. 1999 Ford Mustang, 2001 Mit Eclipse, 2013 Scion FR-S.

I am ready to buy my dream SUV 'The Explorer'

I am looking for 2014/15 XLT. Would you mind If i ask how much everyone paid for their '14/15 XLTs?

BTW I am Addy and I am from CT

Got my '14 XLT last June. It was <$30,000 out the door. But it's got the basic level of XLT equipment. You'll pay more for the goodies you want to add.

There are quite a few things that can affect the price of the vehicle you're thinking of getting. One would be the package you are thinking of getting plus any additional options. Is the model FWD or AWD? Even the colour can add hundreds of dollars to the price. Every ones personal situations are different. Negotiate a price that you think is fair and you can live with. That should be the bottom line as far as I'm concerned. What they 'other guy' paid has never been on my list of concerns. Happy hunting.
