I just got a 2002 4-door. I need some mods to lighten her up, get it more aerodynamic and to stop fast. i need some help finding parts for it, any hel p will do, thanks
You will find everything and anything that your could possiblly ever want to know.
First find the search function and type in any key word and it will bring up hundreds of threads.
You will have to deside what you want to do. Off-Road or Street. Lift it or Lower it.
Some of the first mods that people usually do are....
. K&N Air Filter or KKM Customs Air Filter
. Upgrade the Exhaust
. Chip
. Lights
Some of what you've suggested... To lighten up You really can't do or if you did would be more trouble with no noticible effects.
Braking there are slotted brakes some on here have had luck with them.
Just type in the key words and everything that you need will appear. So much info that you will be over welmed. I know that I was. There have also been quite a few threads started with "What should be my first Mod", "How can I get more Power", "How do these _______ work and are they worth the Money."
I agree with Alto 100%. There is SO much info on this site it's unbelievable. I have saved some $$ by doing a little research first instead of running back to the dealership for every little problem that may come up. Not to mention the time saved because Ford never gets to your vehicle in a timely manner. But anyway, I think you'll find this site very informative and a little humorous at times. Take your time and do some searches before you spend your cash.
