Newbie Sayin Hi And Lookin For Some Answers

Hi All, Newbie reporting in My name is Dan and I'm a jack of all and a master of none. Just bought a 92 Sport which will be replacing my CJ5 and when spring hits I'll back cruizin in my 86 Vette on the weekends. Looking forward to learning and helping where I can.
Already have a couple of questions for you.
How the heck does the spare come out of there
My tach jumps to 3000 rpm with ign on and operates 3000 and up with engine running. Bad tach ? tach filter(if equipped) ??

Thanks for the welcome. I lowered the tire out of the way today so I could replace the shocks. It was too easy once I knew how to do it
Next is a door hinge bushing and then the tach.
