Bought it from a sheriff deputy after he got it a auction truck was taken in a durug stop. It has been sitting for aprox 6 years,motor will not turn over . i just bouht it this past weekend

Welcome to this forum! The battery is probably bad. Did you try to turn the engine over with a breaker bar to see if it's seized?

motor is seized ? pulled plugs fill cylinders with trans fluid waiting my next day off to try to figure it up

I take it that you couldn't you rotate the engine at all with the plugs out?
