is here, thanks to a forum member by the name of Scruff. He gave me the back door and interior panel. It does have some damage but I knew that before getting it. Some time invested in the body work sure beats $500 for used door. Thanks again Paul. BTW I already nearly fixed that huge dent that was in the passenger side :D

Well, bad news. The door is twisted beyond fixing :( Time to find another I guess.
 






I actually had a similar problem, where I purchased my explorer from an insurance salvage yard up in Gainesville. It had been sandwiched with rear and front end damage. We ended up finding a 2dr Sport that was in a fire, the back hatch was in great shape minus the smoke smell. Purchased that explorer for $400, I now have a spare transmission and transfer case from it and ended selling the rear axle for $200. I came out pretty good on this deal. Just look around, shouldn't be able to be much of a problem finding one.
