No Air from center vents!!!!

I'm not getting any air from my center vents at all. Both the AC and the heater defrost work but its only coming out of the defrost vents and the floor vents.
I'm thinking it was the vacuum line to the flapper door but it looks good. Is there more than one going to the AC box?
Is there just one vacuum line from the engine bay inside Is there a solinoid that typically goes bad that accuates the flapper?

This is on a 1996 5.0

Vacuum line goes from engine to v res. to a/c control head. From there it is split up to each vac. door motor.

So check to see if you have vac at the panel motor when the a/c switch is in panel position. IIRC the motor is on the right hand side of the driver foot well area. You can also move the lever manually to see if the door is broken.

If I had to guess i'd say the vac motor went bad.

flapper door = vac. motor
