NO DRIVE HELP !!!!

I know this has been a topic before..
I think my tranny just went !! I have reverse but no foward gears....
My question is should I suck it up and just but a rebuilt tranny or have them rebuild the one that is in the truck ???

why spend more to buy another rebuilt transmission?
