No rear AC in 2001 Ford E-350.

What could be the problem as to why I do not get anymore Rear AC when I turn it on? I hear noises in the back of the van after I set the AC controls to Front and then to Rear AC, but there is no air let alone cool/cold air coming out of the ceiling mounted AC vents. What are the usual things I should look out for? By the way, the battey recently lost charged, but is not working fine. Could I have blown some kind of fuse... I wish that was the problem...

So you got normal a/c heat up front but no airflow to the rear?

The front AC works fine, but the wierd thing is, I get heat from the rear floor vents when I turn the rear AC. That is something I do not know anything about. or how it happened.
