no reverse lights low voltage blower motor stuck on low

So I just recently bought a 95 ranger super cab 4.0 4x4 5 speed. The reverse lights arent workin ive checked for power it has power to switch and to sockets. Ive made my own ground from the sockets to the body sanded and self tapped. Still no lights checked fuses all are good. I noticed after I replaced three blown fuses my blower motor stopped working except low and my air bag light went from intermitantly flashing to now constantly lit. It has new altornator I tested is working good new belt. Im gonna pull reverse light sensor tonight any ideas. The voltage meter reads really low on start up and after its warmed up works fine and occasionally drops and lights dim runs slightly rough and smooths out. Im at a loss tried all I know. The system is charging at 14 volts while at idle as well

Anyone? Ive searched through the whole site not one post has helped me rectify this issue. Ive learned alot but not the aource of my problem
