Bought drivers' door actuator through local parts store, $90.
Followed other threads on here to remove the door panel, very easy to remove.
Worse part, how to remove the fastener Ford put's in, oh my gosh was that aweful to remove. Fastener is aluminum with a hard steel center pin, ended up using an 1/16" drill to punch through the center of the pin, then a 1/4" end mill bit to knock off the rivet head. The center of the fastener has a 1/4" hole with the steel pin sticking through.
I used two 1/4" x 1/2" bolts with nylock nuts to reassemble window bracket to new actuator bracket.
Tested with door panel off just to be sure, reassembled and done, 1 hour 22 minutes
total cost, $92.80
