Well, I just thought I'd share with you all, how one should properly deal with the venerable Windsor V8 5.0L...

"The Falcon XR8 Pursuit 250 draws its motivation from the powerful stroked version of the legendary Windsor V8, producing 250 kW (335hp) and 500 Nm (370lb ft) of torque."

Step One: Take engine and stroke gently
Step Two: Insert stroked engine into horny looking chassis
Step Three: Drool.

Enjoy.

I love how Ford still uses names from the 60's on new cars overseas.....

Even though that car/truck must be fasssstt :)

Just wondering about this... gasoline prices are (arguably) the cheapest on average in the United States. Yet foreign countries, where gas is more, get the gas hogs... someone want to explain this to me?! :)

looks a little like Chevy's SSR.. Maybe FORD will bring it to the states as competition

Hey dudes,

Gas prices in Australia are the 4th LOWEST in the world, so we've got no problems there...however, everyone is so spoiled over here, that ANY slight increase in fuel prices are whinged at...babies...

The car in the pics is based on the Ford Falcon wagon platform...the sedan platform is what you guys base your Mustang on...the wagon/ute wheelbase is about the same as a Vic Crown's...so it's not really a small car...

Apart from that Windsor, the only other large petrol V8 is in the Holden (australia's GM) family sized cars...it's the LS1 engine...sorry this pic is so huge:

Also, I hear that US GM is gonna import the Monaro and badge it as a chevy or something...these cars are bewdiful...even if you're a chevy hater, this car you'll love...
