O2 Bank and Sensor locations on 03' Ranger

I have an 2003 Ranger 6cly 4.0....I have been checking all over the place for the O2 Bank 1 Sensor 1 location. Some people say the bank 1 is on the same side as cyl 1 But other things were saying no it is driverside. My haines book says that my No. 1 cyl is passenger side. 1-2-3 going back 4-5-6 going back on the other side.

So far as I know, bank one is on the side of cylinder number one on all cars.

If you really want to, you could test it, unplug the O2 from the passenger side and see if Bank1 Sensor one reads blank on an OBD II reader.
