o2 sensor replace

I have looked everywhere for information on how to replace an o2 sensor and can't find what I need. My code says bank 2 is bad, so which sensor should I replace?

Before replacing an O2 sensor, I would do further research to determine if something upstream is causing the problem.

It can be located on the exhaust pipe under the vehicle. Some vehicles have several of them.
