OBD Connection spot on '07 Eddie Bauer

I cannot seem to find the spot to plug in my OBD-II reader on my new 2007 Eddie Bauer Explorer. Can anyone help?

Unless the location has changed, it should located just behind the steering column panel... don't need to take it off, just look under there, and it should be right along the bottom edge..
