The SCT XCal2 programmer will work with your motor, but has to be set up for your computer box code.

Its my assumption the guy from BamaChips can do this, but is there any other way?

Not sure what you mean???????

You have to have the programmer ( XCal2 ) and have a SCT dealer write tunes for you.

Any SCT dealer can dfo this for you. Doug ( Bama Chips ) is one of the very best.

I custom tune the 4.0L ohv and have had excellent results.

I have a 99 OHV 5-speed...what info do you need and where do I find it?

Thanks!

I will need your list of mods and also need your Boxcode from your computer. If you open the hood and facing the engine it will be located on the firewall directly centered on the passenger side. There will be a retangular plug sticking out from the firewall (roughly 1'X6") look on the gray plastic area and there will be a series of #'s. You will need to send me the boldface alphanumerics (ex. BAE1,TTY2,RTM1,...)
