Ok i searched....and am still confused about the broken lumbar

I have a 97 Limited with the "flat" buckets which i like more because they support my shoulders. HOWEVER i would really like to have lumbar again. My button is defenitely broken. Its gets the pump going but the bladder doesnt inflate or deflate. The switch does nothing in the counter position probably no air in it anyway for a vlave to release. I have purchased a new switch but am concerned there are hose issues as well. Can anyone send me the diagrams etc for this repair.

On a side note what the heck is the second button option i see in some interiors. I have lumbar but is that a bolster switch that like XLS sport package leather seats had or something?

Actually from what you explained. It sounds like there is a hole either in your bladder or a line somewhere. The release just lets the air out. That is why is seems like it is not doing anything.
