this has bothered me since i bought my expo 2 years ago but hasnt hurt anything yet just dont know what it is...

k when the truck is hot, (i'm talking deep heat like running it for 80 miles at 60+ the whole way) i park it and about 20 minutes later, not 10, and not 30, it has a hard time starting. not like turning over. maybe its vapor lock or something sounds like it doesnt want to fire. but then when it does start it will stumble then kick up to 1500 rpm then stumble then kick th..... yea until i rev it or just drive it. you know now that i really think about it could it be a fuel starving problem?? oh well tell me what you guys think. i'll find something to stump you.

p.s. to others that have been following my posts i have a line on a set of full-size rear brakes for my solid/5x5.5" axle swap :) all he wants is shipping :)

Probably the check valve in the fuel pump letting the fuel flow back to the tank. Takes a while for the pump to repressurize, causing slow start. Try turning the key to on, then off, then on, then off, then on, waiting a few seconds at on each time, before turning all the way to start. If the Ex starts right up, then more than likely it's the FP check valve.

i WILL think of something to stump you guys!!!
