Once again more check engine light problems

I am still having problems with my check engine light i just changed all my spark plugs and drove around for 30 miles hoping that the check engine light would go off and it didn't and i used the code reader and it still read P0171, P0174, both banks too lean any ideas.:rangerred:

Have you ever changed the O2 sensor?

I tried testing them this morning but i couldnt figure it out. i took the negitve end of my volt meter and grounded it too my truck and i touched the whole way around the O2 sensor and i couldnt get the 1volt it needs to show it working to show anything on my meter is there a place to put th the positive end too.
