One more TT suspect

Well bought this one a few months ago and started to work out bugs and kinks...
I've been doing a lot of searching and reading on this forum so thanks to everyone that is keeping this alive.
Here in Croatia is hard to find any info about anything on the explorers (parts i won't even mention)

Anyway i want a little bit more clearance so i'm preparing to build shackles(warrior 153 spec) and a torrsion twist but(this is a question) i don't know if the previous owner did it allready.ž

Manual conversion and LPG.

Rims have et20, waiting to find some steel ones with et-30 to get a wider track
 






It sits way higher than my stock explorer does.
 






It has a body lift and 295/75 R16 tyres. (that's close to 33")

If I had to guess I would say that's already twisted. Assuming the bolts are stock, how far turned in are the bolts?
 












Tnx for a tip,something is in the works allready but this could be a better alternative.
Now it's dark outside so I'll check how far are them turned in the morning.

Hight difference is almost 3", front end lower so i hope ex owner didn't do the TT, back end has 5 leafs(don't know what number is stock)and stock shackles. Body lift is same allaround so there shouldn't be that big a difference.

Ex owner did a lot of mess on the ride,i'm fixing bit by bit.

PS didn't stumble on this mod on the forum jet but i have standard 2HI,4auto,4LOW and a extra switch for changing ranges HI-LOW so i can have 2LOW and 4HI when needed(manual conversion)

If it is sitting on level ground, the lower control arms and the CV's look to have very little angle to them, especially in the CV pic, it is straight out of the diff and straight into the hub bearing, I have much more pronounced angle to my CV's where they meet the hub and come out of the diff. If someone did adjust it, its very little in my opinion.
