My rear passenger side turning signal won't work.
I've already tried changing the bulb and that doesn't help. Does the blinker relay work one just one bulb or both?
Or is there anything else I should look at?

I had a similar problem, is it just the rear passenger light or the front and rear passenger side?

It's the rear passenger side.

my problem was in the steering colum. The wiring harness that connects the blinkers to the switch had wiggled it self out of the connector and wasn't making contact. Which made only my passenger side blinkers work. However both the front and rear went out for me, not just the rear.

It might be worth checking out. It could also be in your wiring to the blinker it self. Get a volt meter and check the wiring to the light and see if your getting power to the blinker.
