I just replaced the rear struts with these in a 2002 mountaineer, and the ride feels fine on the highway. Haven't put many miles on it yet, as this is a project truck for me and still finishing up some other work, but the struts seem good.

If you haven't done these before, a method I learn here on the forum is to put the vehicle up on jack stands and put a floor jack under the lower control arm. Disconnect the top 3 bolts on the strut, then disconnect the rear sway bar link from the lower control arm, remove the knuckle to lower control arm bolt, this will allow the lower control arm to drop low enough for the strut to come out. Then remove the lower control arm - strut bolt. When putting the new strut in, work it into position and attach the top nuts to hold the strut, use the floor jack under the control arm to raise the control arm and attach the lower strut bolt, then raise it more to put the control arm knuckle bolt back in. Finally reattach the sway bar link. No spring compressor needed. This method took me about an hour per side working slowly.

Moog doesn't make them, they are just white box product basically. If you plan to sell the vehicle, get them.
