Yeah so like the title says I always had junk floppin' around in my trunk... so I decided to do something about it.

Wrapped in some marine grade vinyl (Using 3M glue) with computer desk grommets at the tiedown locations, then bolted in on the 'third row seat' holes:

Junk box in front ($30 at lowes), toolbox back right, and back left is my jump box/air compressor:

I get a lot of compliments on it... and it's very functional.

Posting this 1/2 to show it off, and 1/2 in case anyone's looking for a project ;)

I like the build the only thing I would add would be a slider portion sorta like Paul in this [thread=372632]thread[/thread] that way you wouldn't have to reach over anything to get to the compressor or tool box. Thank you for the idea all of these keep making me wanna work on something to fit behind my third row yet still contain usable storage.

Thanks man, yeah it's kind of a bugger to get tools out I usually have to either go through the back seat or pull the toolbox up and put it on the storage case. I thought about making it so it would slide out but I was afraid it would rattle around.

Looks great - - in time you could always add a a "roller system" so the entire deck rolls rearward. . . Certainly a nice upgrade for your stuff, as is. Well done.
