Outstanding Field Service Actions 12A04

What is a:

"Outstanding Field Service Actions 12A04 - SYNC WITH MYFORD/MYLINCOLN TOUCH - APPLICATION PERFORMANCE UPGRADE" ?

This is listed in ETIS on the vehicle I ordered on July 1st, built on August 8th, and have yet to take delivery of. The real kicker is that my dealer now has listed for sale on its site almost the exact model I ordered that was built August 19th (1FM5K8GT1EGA47658).... I'm getting f'ing irritated with this ordered process.

I placed my explorer sport order on 6-25-2013. I still have not received a VIN as of today.

It just means your vehicle needs the latest My Ford Touch software.

The latest update came out first couple days of August so if yours was built August 8 you would think it has it already. When you take delivery you can check it right there and have them do it immediately or you do it at home. Once you get a VIN start a SYNCMYRIDE account and it will also show you what version your vehicle has.
