P0101 MAF and wrench symbol - what should I do ?

On my way to work, the car got sluggish, no power, barely moving uphill.
The wrench and traction control sign came up, and the error code is P0101 - MAF.

What should I clean or replace ?
After few minutes, it is normal again, full power.

I would clean the mass air flow sensor and check the connections on it. Is it possible that the air filter box bounced open causing too much intake volume or something happened to the intake tubing for it to come disconnected from the throttle body? This is an unusual one to me.

I cleaned it last night, the connection is good, still was jerking and bucking a little this morning.

I ordered a new MAF, after 197k miles, it may be bad

With that many miles on it the internal filament/heater is probably going bad on it so not a bad idea to get a new one.
