Good afternoon, I have a 99 ford explorer 4.0 ohv 2wd and I've replaced my intake manifold gaskets, replaced all my vacuum lines, changed my pcv and hose and my longft is still maxed out at 25 on both 1 and 2 at idle and both shrtft are in the positive and when I bring my rpms up to 2000 the longft drop to around 20 and shrift in the positive and every now and then goto the negative. I've also replaced my cats on the passenger side and my mas,02 sensors new plugs and wires air filter all brand-new
