Parts list and procedure for 2002 sport trac jack shaft tensioner replacement

Hey everyone. I’m going to pull the timing cover off in the spring and replace my jack shaft tensioner I think my slight rattle is coming from there. Either way. I have a 2002 sport trac and I’m just wondering if anyone has the needed parts,gaskets etc for doing the jack shaft chain tensioner. And the procedure how to step by step etc. thanks!

Do you have to remove the rad to get the front timing cover off ?
Also does the thermostat housing have to come off as well? Thanks.
Also I plan to leave the fan attached to the water pump so that should make it easier take it all off as one.
