I have the pro comp add a leafs and I want to install them. I recently carried a pretty heavy load of sod in the bed. Since lugging it the truck looks like it is sagging in the rear. So I went to measure the height all around. I have about 34.75" in the front (ground to center of the wheel well. The rear drivers side was 36.5" the rear passenger side was 35.5" Will the pro comps level this out or do I have another issue?

as springs get older they sag. adding a leaf will help

The aal will help but all the explorers and STs have the lean to the drivers side due to the gas tank, battery and other heavy mechanical things seem to all have been put on the drivers side. Also that is the only side that has a person 100% of the time so the body mounts also wear over time. Your measurements are similar to mine before my BL & TT/SL. Actually your rear end is higher than mine was.

yes the add-a-leafs will add about 1.75" inches to each side.
