performance valence and grill gaurd

I have the Performance Products Lower valence with the Hella H3 light kit. I have a few questions.

1. Can the 99-01 factory fogs/driving lights mount on the new valence? These Hella's arn't as waterproof as I'd like. They are mighty bright, but i'm tired of peeling the rubber off to fix the mounting bracket.

2. Without modifying said valence, can I install a bush gard? Obviously the ones that require chopping the valence are out of the question. I would prefer a 3 peice one. I think the ones for the 99-01 might work because they don't require cutting, but not sure. Anyone have any suggestions?

What size are the lights (diameter) that are in there now? Or how big are the openings?
Do you want fog or driving lights?
Cant help with the brush guard although perf. prod. probably can tell you which one would fit.

Do you have any pics of your valance? i was thinking of putting one on mine pretty soon.
