A hitch with a body lift will look like crap. Period. Hidden tube style are much more tolerable, and you can also move the hitch up if you can weld or know someone who can. Here's a pic of mine when it had the 2" suspension, 3" body, and 33's. You can see how bad the hitch looks in that picture.

Your truck looks awesome! What type of 2" suspension lift do you have? Did you have to do much trimming with that combo to fit the 33s? Do you have any side shots of your x? I have the Hidden Hitch tubular hitch...maybe I will weld it if I cant take the way it looks....Im big into atvs so I need to haul my trailer. Thanks for your help! :)

He had a 2" Skyjacker suspension lift. (Now he's pimpin' the Skyjacker 6" lift with spacers, shackles and 35s! :D) Look in his sig "2wd beast". He's got plently of pics in there. ;)

Thanks! I did zero trimming to fit the 33's, and they never rubbed except slightly when off road. Here's a side shot with the same setup.

Your truck makes me want to do the body lift....did you like the way it handled and looked from the side? Thanks for all you help....maybe on day I can go to a 6in lift!

Haha, believe me, it won't stop with a body lift. :D To be honest, I hated almost every aspect of the body lift. The frame hung down under the rocker panels and bumper and looked tacky, it added body sway, my hitch looked terrible with it, and the steering extension never worked right (probably just my truck though). Now, body lifts look better on some trucks than they do others. If I had a hidden style hitch, cleaned up some of the undercarriage, and fixed the steering extension, it wouldn't have been bad at all. Just make sure to take care of all the angles and it should come out great. Good luck with it.....

Josh, are you still planning on getting a 2" body lift and sloping it, to help even it all out?

Yup! Just as soon I have the necessary funds.
