Please help where are the speaker wires for a 96 explorer EB to hook upaftermarket cd

I am trying to hook up an aftermarket cd player and after pulling the stock out i have gotten a little confused. i have installed aftermarkets before but i dont know what the black connector is nor where the speaker wires are. I pulled the panels off the right front and back off to look at the speaker wire color and couldnt find them in any kind of harness in the dash. If anybody has any clue PLEASE email me.
