PLEASE READ> Had no start-then had new starter installed..NOW start/stall issue!!!!

:navajo:Origianlly, I had a loud clicking when trying to start...jumped it in case battery...nada. SO, took it in to dealer. They say I need a new starter. The install new starter. I pick it up, drive a cpl mins down road, park...come back to truck 15 mins later WONT START. nothing not even a click. 2nd try starts then stalls, then again. UUGGHH!!! Take it BACK to dealer, now, when I get it started there, once it starts the RPMS rev a littl without e even touching the gas pedal!!! they look at it and say "it needs a idol air control valve".... replace that.... I pick it up... it starts, I drive .3 miles, park i. Deciede to try to start it.. It STARTS, THEN STALLS!!!!!!!! WTF>>!!

I am not understanding HOW this issue suddenly arose AFTER I took it in for the starter. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to this forum! Check the battery, and the battery cables.

^^^ happened to me before i replaced the battery 2 years ago.. there was a build-up on the battery post and it was not conducting properly..
