Hey there everybody,
so I am from the great Pacific Northwest, Gladstone Oregon to be exact. Rocking a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT that I will be doing some work on pretty soon. Maybe some opinions, a little help and maybe some new friends up here. Originally from Southern California and have been a die hard Chevrolet guy and a mechanic for 15 years. I was a moderator for DezertDimes. I am a USMC Veteran of 8 years, love shooting, bow hunting, fishing, off roading and just living life.
Plans are for my Exploder is the rebuild the rear end and eliminate the infamous gear whine (3.55), do the basics of rebuilding the front end, adding 3" of lift and eventually making more weather reliable, not going to use it for serious off roading, but dont want to get stuck when in a pinch.
