P0182 code . fuel temperature sensor after changing fuep pressure sensor that threw code P0193. Got the _P0193 code some time back. The usual fix is just replace the sensor that is located under the upper manifold ( a real PIA due to the location of the rear bolts. After changing sensor with Ford Motorcraft part P0193 code went away. Now I get a P0182 fuel temperature circuit low. Doing some research it appears that the one sensor does both things. A p0182 appears the be caused by a bad sensor, faulty wiring or the PCM. I know Ford has issues with bad insulation on this generation of Explorers. Had to change out the connector wires on the throttle body and the MAF already.
Has anyne in our group had a similiar issue?? Do not want to do the upermanifold removal again if there is another fix. I see that sellers (Ebay) carry the electrical connector replacement for the fuel rail sensor so it might point to the source of my problem,
