Possible tune up?

I was driving my truck (03 ex) on the free way and at 55 or 60 mph it started to shake a little and then went away. Would you recommend I change the spark plugs? Has a little over 250k and I last changed them was 230k.

What could be the issue?

Check fuel filter first. When was last change? Plugs should last ~100K but considering your mileage it can be many things. I say run a bottle of injector cleaner and fuel filter first. Cheapest solution. You can always escalate your repairs.
