Has anyone had a problem with a slight pull/nibble/vibration in steering wheel when vehicle is stopped and wheel is turned almost full left? There is a TSB # 99211 that refers to this issue.
I am looking for some details on the fix for DIY or approximate cost for Ford shop to make repairs.
