Power windows out- both at once with stereo out too-- not the fuse!

Checked all relevant fuses and all are intact. Anyone know the systems well enough to offer another idea?

Sounds like a GEM problem. I beleive the GEM will throw error codes but only ford can read them.

does this mean going to a dealer?
cuz I don't quite care for them...

it sounded like a fuse and was;
fuse #28-- the fuse for GEM generic electronic module was the culprit
turned out it wasn't the window or radio fuse, but the gem fuse- which begs the question, how are the windows tied into the gem fuse?
I'll probably never know.
