Powertrax Locker Expl 2000

Thanks Happy got it all back together last night and called Powertrax today about break in but they said its good to go without a break in or fluid change. I think i will stilll be safe and try to put a few hundred miles on it with a fluid change soon.

Well I guess you already got it back together, but for your, and anyone else's future reference, the cross shaft retaining bolt should be torqued to 15-30 ft/lbs, according to my book.

Elessar65 thanks i will check the torque on it tonight as i have not covered it up or filled it yet as i wanted to talk to Powertrax today i was a bit worried that it was not operating correctly as it was hard to get the locker to unlock.

All good the locker went in and the tires and alignment got done in time for her maiden voyage.
