My '00 XLT 4.0L, 133K miles, recently began making a LOUD pressure release (bang) noise soon after starting. It feels like it's under the passenger side floor but I can't tell.
It's also running very rough upon starting, then it suddenly clears up as if the computer is using a fall back program. I changed the rear OX sensor but the front is original.
Any ideas are appreciated.
